  • If you've never grilled burgers or have never grilled frozen patties directly on a gas grill, then this is the video for you. See how easy and quick it is to make delicious burgers containing ground chuck on a gas grill. I use Kirkland Signature ground chuck and beef patties from Costco and they are awesome.

    I have a weber natural gas BBQ and I use the same meat. I use high heat to get a good seer. When I put the meat on the BBQ I toast my buns at the same time. When the buns are toasted I turn the meat a 1/4 turn to get cross grill marks on both sides. I take the buns in and add my condiments on them then go out and turn the meat over.

    Good video, it’s helpful, thanks! Questions: what temp and how long did you keep your burgers on for?

    • @hammysbbq
      @hammysbbq  Před 2 dny

      500 degrees. I kept medium burgers on for about 3 to 4 minutes per side....well done a little longer. The key is to check the amount of red juices on the top. I got temp up to 600 degrees recently and sear was excellent without drying out the burgers. Thanks for watching!
