Sometimes I do sometimes I don't for example you have to get a scroll of Fortune to unlock most of the rewards which cost 7500 crowns or instead of making us get a potion to get more character slots they should just have added character slots

The pay walls are fine because every mmo has a pay wall. It’s just the stupid changes that make me not want to play
man, there is plenty for you to not miss- they have really drifted since J Todd Coleman left
Undead not every mmo has pay walls. when I’m paying a 10$ subscription I don’t think I should have to gable for loot. For example World of Warcraft and ESO have a 15 subscription and you have access to everything only cosmetics can be payed for and the best ones are still earned in game.
@@mightyowl9246 The packs arent "paywalls"lol. They arent necessary to play the game. The people who think they are and spend thousands of crowns on the packs while simultaneously crying about it are the problem
I got the perm mount and wand for my school in the first 3 packs and I don’t think I’ve ever had this amazing of luck in my life lol

Mythic Cobalt universal, I got it from the pack. I could go for the fire/myth one, but I’m not going to bother
I don't like this pack, forces me to use a pet that i don't even like for the set bonus

Pet/mount/wand is all you want from this pack btw.
If you’re a fire all you need is the wand. You can find someone who has the pet.
If you’re storm you want the mount. Again you can find someone with the pet and hatch.
Kind of tempted to try and get a helmet just so I can make a modular cubone stitch

Just finished my ACT TO watch this and come home and spend crowns >-> yes.
I spent 20k on this and had nearly the same result. 5 Myth/Ice wands, 3 Storm/Life wands and no Fire wands. No mounts, just garbage. :) Money *hurk* well *blorf* spent *bleh*.

If you right click gear it'll show you the differences in stats loss to gain
lol before the pack came out remember how it had a ton of resist in 3-set and 10 pip maycast wand(calendar, spiny)
If you get a max stat pet, you can get up to 181 storm damage and 100% critical (you had 830, so you need 7 more; +3 from a 18 crit jewel on the ring, and +4 with the thinkin cap talent, since the storm assailant would go from 32 to 36)
Also, with the thinkin cap jewel, the pet would get +4 damage.

What I don’t understand is why KI decided to throw in some 1/2 pip spellements. It’s bad enough that getting the full gear set of the wrong school, even for a mannequin display, was hard enough. Only thing worth getting was the perm mount to be honest.
I have only opened one pack, and I got perm Chompy Bronto, along with 2 temp mounts.
the ice helm is alright, high crit and damage...i use my spooky hat for battles

Blaze the fire wand also gives a little more convert and 13 more shadow rating than sinbad! Great for pve I think!

New players: crown gear is overall not worth it. It's only really solid around levels 20-40, but Mount Olympus gear trumps it anyways. Some gear at the higher levels can be solid, like Famelia's boots (etc.). But overall, farmable gear is better.
I think I would be okay with 95% crit and 185 damage for pve, a lot of enemies in the higher worlds block anyways

We have to spend all these crowns to get ONE thing in a pack these days. And if I'm gonna get furniture in packs at least let it be something others can't get unless they buy the pack.
who else thinks KI should put either really rare items that are hard to get in the base game or really good crown items that are actually worth the crowns in these packs? instead of filling them with junk
Why not use the mount and pet to get bonus and keep the same wand? Fire gulture only gives 2 damage right?

I'm not surprised that it's pay to win. KI only releases these packs because there are people out there who buy them. They could put a ton of worthless stuff as Blaze saw in the pack, and people would still buy them. This is all because there is a tiny chance of receiving good gear.

you dont need 100% crit, above 95% and you are good, you wont crit like once a day maybe
Idk i tried with 98 percent against mobs and it seems like it's a 6/10 chance
Nah I’ve gotten unlucky with like 97%. It kinda sucks to set up a big hit on a boss just to not crit you know.

they might just be balancing critical so not every school can get 100%

If you get the fire wand i would stop. You only need the wand and the pet and the pet you can hatch with someone.

if you really care about 10% mroe damage then go for it. Honestly people overreact to this EXTREMELY small changes like i dont care if i see a storm with 170 or 180 dmg it literally will be the same thing in the dungeon
