Born European - 20th anniversary of the 2004 European Union enlargement

On May 1, 2004, ten countries joined the European Union: Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. It was the biggest enlargement in terms of people and number of countries in the EU's history.
Young men and women who were born that same day explain how being born European has impacted their lives.

No- you have to be a European country.

@@tobeytransport2802 Not strictly speaking. Cyprus is in Asia for example, Georgia which has candidate status is Eurasian. The definition is a country either in Europe or very closely tied in culturally, which is the case for Cyprus (because of Greece). For the US not so much
