My favorite thing about this trick tip video is that you actually show a lot of 360 flip clips from a lot of angles and in slow motion. Just watching a lot of tre flips seems to help me more than intellectual reasoning.
Best tutorial series hands down. After 15+ years of tre flips, I never realized the weight distribution effecting how the board stays with you. Thanks for being my local shop even though I’m a few states away.
After watching this I went to try it out and I landed it. Thank you so much. Best tutorial ever. Love from Africa ❤
At 5:31 is the real secret that unlocks this trick, and also seems to be explicitly pointed out the least-really good job doing so here. “The Scoop” is a two stage action, almost like a double/single action trigger. Compressing the bushings on the toe side is like cocking the hammer and the actual scoop motion fires the trick. That toe side compression offers a great deal more stability just before popping the trick, as well as a rebounding momentum as the bushings decompress combined with the scoop; do it this way and the amount of effort it takes decreases, but you’ll notice that the trick whips around much quicker than trying to force it from your board being completely flat and parallel to the ground. If you’re having trouble with your scoop and staying over your board, focus your time and attention here.
You are a GOD! I have been struggling with this shit for DECADES (I'm 45). I always wondered how some of my friends were great at tre flips but sucked at almost every other technically difficult tricks like half cab flips or 180 flips that I had down good. That bushing REBOUND SHIT that you just described was the missing nuance that evaded me. I used to always keep the deck parallel to the ground right before "pulling the trigger". Spins all wrong, impossible to land doing that shit. You perfectly pointed out what I was WRONG. Thank you thank you thank you for explaining it in a way that has helped me out with my tre flips!!!! You rock! Blessings
i like how very detailed this tutorial is
Gotta be the Best 360 flip trick tip ever
Thanks a lot.
The tip at 2:30 helps me a lot. I allways land in front of the board.
Cant wait to give it a try.
I got one, finally after months and months
Thank you for all the help. Next challenge is getting them consistently
Best board shop ever 🤙
excellent video! can't wait for the next tutorial 🔥
Excellent tutorial man. Preciate you guys🙏🏻
Thanks for the tips. Just starting to learn these. Legs are sore and beat up. But I'll learn these.
i just ordered a tactics board, so i subbed recently. i gotta say this is the best 360 flip trick tip ive seen yet.
I can commit with both feet now, all I need is a good flip and I got it, I stuck like 8 yesterday
Did u get it??
Nice bro Im having trouble with committing rn
I got it, yesterday I got one
I think my problem was that I wasn't getting off the ground enough, I'd be squatted down before I popped and I'd have to really suck both of my knees up to not hit the board
I stuck like 5 after not trying it for about 2 months and then finally, I got it on the 6th stick
You really just gotta hang in there and trust that you're gonna get it one day
Best treflip tutorial ever 🤩
I was so close to landing these, and now that they uploaded this I feel invincible
Def saving this video 👍

I ignored my frontfoot. This video is so good!
Guys I landed my first Tre flip yesterday and it only took me 2 days somehow 😱 but I need to get a more consistent scoop
WJS forever!!!
Cool
Best tip I heard was when you scoop, fully scoop your foot so the back of your foot points to the sky and flick your front foot in the direction you’re going
I've probably tried moving tres at least ten hours by now and can't keep myself from turning frontside lol. The struggle is real
Is that wj park in Eugene??
Fuck yeah just what I needed
I got that back foot stuck on the floor when i throw these lol
That's a really hard habit to break! I have several tricks that I'm still stuck doing that too. You'll get it though! Good luck! 🙏🛹 - Tim
Same how do you fix that?
Front foot toe weight, heel weight catch
1:23 - all you need to understand. replay it xxxxx times and make it.
This is legit
Ahh I trick i can land sometimes but mostly it doesn't happen. It is easier than the hard flip for me. Also fakie 360 flip is easier than a regular for me.
Should i parallel my shoulders with the board while doing tre flip?
Yes, I definitely recommend trying to keep your shoulders parallel with the board from start to finish when you're trying to learn this trick. Watching skaters who are really good at tre flips can look like their shoulder are a little more open and facing the nose, but concentrating on keeping your shoulders parallel will help you resist the temptation to twist them forward when doing the scoop, which makes it harder to land on. I hope that makes sense! Cheers and good luck! - Tim
Im just seeing this now and realizing that park is in eugene oregon lol
next,360 shuvit tutorial
I can’t seem to get my back foot and land it i only can get my front foot while my back foot stays in the position i flicked in
started trying Tre's at 13, im 36 now and still cant do it. As with most things in my life, im garbage.
Tri flips are impossible for me. I can’t get the flip down
