Even if Molly and Andrew don't work, I'd love them to remain friends or become genuine friends. Molly has never really had that with men either. They could learn so much from each other with that dynamic being displayed. And so can we
This comment for the win. I agree Molly and Andrew are great for each other. I would love to see them work out too! But, I had never considered the possibility of a healthy friendship if they didn't. Whether it's through them or through Issa's character, I think it would be cool if the show explored staying friends after a relationship ends. You don't see that much on TV.

I love that he is dating a black woman in real life. I used to think it was crazy that you hardly see these types of characters on television but living in Los Angeles you see Asian men dating Black women and Asian women dating black men all the time. This is why I love Issa and the writers of the shows because when I watch the show I see so many LA landmarks and dynamics that I see every day and this is why Insecure is legit my favorite show. I just wish the episodes were an Hour long though. hehe XD

Yes! the black diaspera that this show conveys is truly overdue. I genuinely appreciate all the actresses, actors, and producers (everyone) involved in this project. Yvonne is correct, we are never respresented as normal human beings who hold high positions or important roles in corporate that are just living our lives and being silly.
I resonate with Molly so much it's uncanny. I too am on the wait list for the League (lol) and season 4 episode 2 is my current situation 🍵. Thank you Yvonne for the work that you do.
My only thought is why not represent their own 2nd generation experience? Maybe we're not there yet but how nice to have Senegalese American, Nigerian American, Panamanian American, and Caribbean American black people all on this show and showing the diversity of blackness in the US.
