  • 'Ford Wants to Build a Sports Car' Official Clip FORD v FERRARI | Matt Damon, Christian Bale
Academy Award-winners Matt Damon and Christian Bale star in FORD v FERRARI, based on the remarkable true story of the visionary American car designer Carroll Shelby (Damon) and the fearless British-born driver Ken Miles (Bale), who together battled corporate interference, the laws of physics, and their own personal demons to build a revolutionary race car for Ford Motor Company and take on the dominating race cars of Enzo Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in France in 1966.

They did such a good job portray Damon in this scene. When we talks about Le Mans he has a look in his eye as he remembers it. He's going on in his mind how hard it is, how much its going to take out of you. It's like he almost doesn't want to remember. He explains it so well. This scene really set up the movie to show just a silver of how hard it is to not only race in it, but win it. Lee didn't walk in there wanting to compete or even win. He wanted Ford to absolutely dominate it.
