That is very kind of the American man to offer to pay for her orthodontics work. Also Paul, the very first I did when I came here going on 5 years ago to visit who has now been my wife for 4 years, was to buy a 12"(30cm) Globe for the family. It was precious as it helps to give them a much better perspective on the world. They would be excellent gifts to give to any Filipino family. We now have one in our house, and our little 8 year old boy can point out many countries and cities❤
I had previously thought of buying a globe so people could get a grip on the reality of The Philippines in relation to the earth. That thought had gone by the wayside somehow, but is once again front and center & a priority.

I don't think Andrea is thinking long term about being with a 57 yr old guy. The focus is to get those teeth fixed and that cost $$$$. So an older guy with money is a good match for her.
