Thank you for the privilege to hop in on this one. Enjoyed every second of it! Go One More 🤘🏽
My man 🤝
Brock is insane. Imagine being conversational at lap 8 of 5:40/mi. 😂😂😂
Right? An animal.
Brock is an alien. The casual conversation at that pace dying is wild. Also a genuine human being and super creative.
The guy is superfit. He seems very young. Hope to see some of his results during the year.
An absolute amazingly sweet guy for doing work outs back to back with people FOR other people ❤
Nico, Brock and floberg on the same team is like the heat in 2010 with wade, Bosh and bron but with running cinematography shots 👍 it’s a basketball reference…ok nvm. Lol
@jaymeme123not sure who’s Wade and who’s Bosh, but considering Brock is conversing at that speed I’m saying he’s Lebron
I appreciate seeing you “struggle” during workouts and showing it on camera. I felt the same way in my 11 mile LT workout this week (at a much slower pace) so it’s encouraging knowing we are all pushing our bodies and minds, albeit at different paces. Love it.
Love you my dude. So great hanging with you last week🙏🏼
Love you, my man!! Stoked for the next one!!
“Training with a team is a privilege”…
Nothing was handed to you… You’ve worked your ass off day after day, for weeks, months, and years. You’ve earned all your success and continue to be an inspiration! Keep it up Flo man 👏
Flobergruns is like the Matthew McConaughey who ended up in endurance sport instead of the film industry
Wao bro! this has been one of my favorite videos of this series. Seen the other athletes was like the Avenger Movies, becasue I follow a bunch of them, having them all in a single video is crazy!
Super inspiring and exciting to see Brock pushing you. Your channel is Amazing
Can’t wait to see where running and content take Brock. Such a solid kid! Love seeing that work together!!
What you said about the BPN media team and all the athletes is EXACTLY the way I felt running both the 22 and 23 Go One More marathons. It felt so fulfilling being surrounded by fellow runners and people with the same mindset, as well as filmmakers whose work I connect with, and I can connect with because I do that same kind of work. That's probably why I connect so well with your story and what you're doing with this community. Thank you Eric, and Go One More.
the production quality of every video is so good. You should have 300k sub at least. enjoy watching every video in this channel.
Happy that you've joined the BPN team! Thanks for bringing us along!
Eric I’ve been following your journey for over a year now. I love how you show the ups and downs with training, all while taking care of it at home with your family and work. Putting your ‘not so good’ days out there for others to relate to really resonates with me because I have those bad workouts too. I used to really get down on myself for having ‘bad workouts’ but I remind myself I just got better and I’d rather fall hard in practice than on race day. Also Brock casually talking all while holding 5:40 with you is nuts 🤯🤣. He is not human.
Jeff coached me for my first 2 marathons. His workouts are no joke. They really test your limits physically and mentally. More mental than anything.
I’m in Chicago too, hopefully I catch you on the lake front sometime. Crush it in Boston. Cheers.
I came across your channel only yesterday and am sad I haven’t been watching sooner! Your journey is your message and the way you tell it through your art is awesome. I’m glad you decided to put everything together-I’m excited to see anything you create.
Love Brock! What a dream it would be to run with the both of you. Although I know I would be dying. So great yo see you in this community Eric, thank you for always sharing these stories!
Humble and Determined - Love this!!!
Congrats mate, fully deserved 💪
“I have the responsibility to show up for myself. And God knows it’s not alone anymore.”
Gave me literal chills hearing that. If every milestone came from having a chip on your shoulder, I can only begin to imagine what you’ll accomplish now that you’re doing it for yourself. Good luck in Boston Floberg. You inspired me to run my first Marathon coming up in 2.5 weeks. Milwaukee Marathon here we go.
Hey Eric! I resonate with the "chip on the shoulder to prove independence" mentality. It doesn't seem to be serving me well as I crave team camaraderie like I did in collegiate sport. Thanks for sharing this! It definitely helps me to reframe my approach.
Love the message dude, we’re so much stronger together 🤙🏼
Everything that has been done from the begining of this sub 2:35 jorney has already been such a success. Sub 2:35 goal turned out to be just be a single brick in a wall of bricks :). Love it.
This really resonated with me. Moving to Chicago this Summer and stoked to build a running community there.
That was beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
Looks like an epic trip. That energy had to be wild. Nice run with Brock. Beasts.
LOVED this video! Inspires me to start building that community that I always dreamt of
Great work! and yes, I want to run 7s or 8s as easy as Bock made those 5s look.
Love this and the comradery with the team! It was nice to get that sort of flashback to your 'lord farquad' hair days 😏
Wasn't too long ago..hahaha
FIRE. ME. UPPPPPPPPP. 2:35 AINT SHITTTTTT. Love the storytelling of lone wolf to member of the pack, and experiencing all of the value that comes along with it. You're going to crush 2:35. Brick by brick.
Thanks so much for your support!! It's been such a wild experience getting so connected this year. In it together
Great video and great message. 🚀
Beast! Way to hold it down for chitown Floberg 🤝
Just watching how the BPN Week went for you guys, just brings joy and appreciation to how big the running community really is. If ever I get the chance in the future to be a part of BPN or anything similar, would love to attend this type of events 😅😅😅 10 days out of my BQ attempt 😅😅😅
The closing remarks on this video pumped me up.
Love u bro! 🙏🏻💙
Nothing like being around like minded people and way to tackle that workout while feeling sick Eric. Running sick is never easy. Only a few weeks left 🔥
Amazing video! Guster FTW
Brock is a beast, just cruising at 3:30s. Great video!
Absolutely filthy
Great video
I’m suffering just watching this workout. Just one rep is full out for me. Brock makes that look effortless
This went so dang hard
Cool !
Brock is the man💪
This is the truth.
One of my 2024 goals is to become a BPN athlete.. great video!
How did Brock do that?? Was he even breathing heavily during those mile reps? Incredible. Only 2 weeks to go Eric! 💪💪
Brock's level of fitness is insane
Brock is a legend 🎉
Dope vid. Would love to be there one day
Thanks for watching!
Where did you get the World’s Marathon Art in the background?
Eh, you had built the running community before the sponsor stuff, so that’s not a big deal.
The running community is a lot of fun. There’s a couple running clubs around me that are great to run with and it’s great to see everyone at races.
I thought he was about to mew at 9:27 lol what was that stare.
Is the go one more ciele hat similar to a ciele gocap sc ?
First! Been waiting for this vid!
Thanks for watching!!
@@flobergruns Dream come true, Floberg responded! Keep up the great content. Super motivating!
Brock is that dude, 💯.
How do u get copyright free music like that
Guster!
0:55 great podcast for content creators
What microphone is that!
BPN’s whey protein is clutch
I love how your one mic looks like it is from the 1930s 🙂.
side note... love colin & samir
"Sponsored" has various definitions.
1. They give you stuff.
Specifically, stuff that you didn't buy previously. There is no monetary value to this since you're not even saving what you used to spend on it. Now you're in the business of storing junk someone else is looking to unload.
2. They buy other things for you.
Plane tickets and hotel rooms. Race entries. This can be hundreds of dollars a year back in your pocket IF it's stuff you were buying out of pocket previously. If not, you're now stuck doing a bunch of stuff you wouldn't have been doing otherwise.
3. They give you thousands of dollars every month.
Now, you can survive only from the sponsorship. You have no 'day job'. To be fair, most runners in this category didn't have anything you'd call a 'day job' even prior to securing sponsorship.
This video is vague enough that the viewers are not told which of these is going on. A lot of people could probably claim to be a 'sponsored runner'. Some percentage of those use sponsorship income to buy everything they consume. Wherever they live and whatever they drive. Many of them support other people such as kids with the proceeds as well.
My suspicion is 'BPN athlete' doesn't refer to the ones I describe in the above paragraph, which is to say, athletes whose only income is sponsorship. How do they eat the day this was filmed? BPN covered it. How do they eat the other 363 days a year? Some other way.
that's a movie
Brock is unreal
I support floberg, i can even support bpn even though i never have and never will use their products. But i do not support nick bare telling people if they use bpn suppliments they can achieve what he does as if he isnt juiced to the gills.
I could never support BPN because fake natty liar like nick bare is face of it
Spot on.
Released blood work numerous times. Your just lazy
@@harryhammond66 which has been disproven. If you can truly be convinced that nick bare is steroid free then there is no helping you
Awesome to the BPN running community growing. So much great content being produce for us all!
It's electric. Left this trip feeling so unbelievably fired up.
Like your videos. But Too be honest.. i don't know how i would feel going to work out or run with 50 influencers and youtubers filming everything. lol
how old are u?
Not watching this. I will do it alone.
Are we as consumers really still buying products because youtubers are sponsored by them? Especially supplements which are already overpriced and questionable how much they even help. You're just paying for the brand at this point. Not to mention you'll never get any honesty from these guys when it comes to BPN products because they are getting paid to say it.
I'm sure this'll get downvoted, but association with BPN feels like a red flag. Glad you've found community there, but I hope you keep a good head on your shoulders.
Advertising supplements is dangerously close to selling snake oil.
PAUSE 🤔 4:23
Cyrus originally had “that’s what she said” in the first edit 💀
"Sponsored athlete". No, you're a sponsored CZcamsr (sponsored by another youtuber)To be a sponsored athlete you need to be on elite level.
Exactly. They give you stuff. You make commercials for it. A lot of us watch them. Me included! Great content, but 'sponsored athlete' is a stretch.
dude is not sponsored. wtf. snail.
