  • Packed with modern technology, yet almost invisible, that's true for many hearing aids these days. The Widex MOMENT offer a rechargeable battery and two AI-powered processors that can automatically adapt to your environment. If that's not enough, you can connect the hearing aids to your smartphone to create custom programs or stream audio from your Apple device.

I’m just going through the hearing aid evaluation and fitting and found your video very helpful as this is the brand recommended by audiologist. This technology is new to me and very fascinating. Thanks again for the education.

As of Feb. 2024, Streaming works with Android phones. Also the app now allows the user to save changes to the program settings. I previously tried Jabra and Oticon. The Widex Moment are much more natural sounding, especially with music. My chief complaint is about the charger which ought to have been a portable charger with internal battery.

You needed to be in the office for the fitting,.. remote is not usually ideal, and they cant utilize the software.. And also, you must have REM’s done in the devices to fit them properly! You’re devices were also older ones. I have the Sheer ones.. they don’t make the old moments anymore

Thanks for spreading that cupping tip! And red or blue isn't right. They all work together in 95% of things. Please sniff the dead flowers more often. Have a swell day and dankë

If you streaming music or video from your phone eats up the battery life. Unless you have access to the recharger you are out of luck.

I really regret picking up the Widex Moments. The bluetooth function has to be turned off or you get a constant hiss. You do not have to be hooked to a BT device for the hiss to be present, you just have to have bluetooth enabled. The sound quality is nowhere as good as my older Widex. They distort if you are listening to live music, when I put my old Wedex in the music in the same room is fine. Finally the onboard mic does not work with bluetooth. When you are on bluetooth the system still relies on the mic in your phone so you have to hold your phone up to your mouth to use bluetooth, kind of defeats the purpose They are also prone to slipping off your ear if you wear glasses. Mine are not the rechargeable type, they have removable batteries. I highly recommend avoiding the Widex moment. My setup and fitting was completed by competent audiologists during in person appointments. They are not able to address the issues. The problem is that this is a substandard product.

I have these and you are the first person to say this about these devices,.. I’m pretty surprised,.. What devices do you use? These are the only devices they even accommodate musicians! I would presume it’s your audiologist that was the issue. They must have been poorly fitted. They should be able to resolve those things.. or IT could be something needed repairs in the devices,.. i think other hearing aids are more “substandard” then the newest widex,.. LMAO 🤣. These the the top recommendations for musicians

@@rodorsten4394 Yes, but there is a way to take the hissing sound out, either by making the volume lower in those frequencies, or changing the directional settings,.. etc,.. I have the sheer ones which are the newest moment line but they stopped making the other one,. The bluetooth has also been great with mine so far, I have an iPhone so thats probably why it works better with that.. Did you have real ear measurements done? Also, did they comfirm whether something needed repair?..I could be something was malfunctioning or something.. Sorry if I had sounded rude in any way, but I am just quite shocked that you had that experience with them, being that these are specifically made for musicians and anyone ive ever heard say anything about these devices, including myself, has the most successes with them over other manufactures, so it was just surprising how it ended up that way for you.
