Yea I’ve been anticipating it for so long. The story has been in development since Andrew left the show although I’m sure it’s been altered over the years. It was originally gonna be a trilogy of films released in theaters but then COVID happened and they scrapped everything. Now it’s a miniseries with Danai being a lot more involved. It was all designed to give Rick a solid conclusion so I feel like having Michonne more involved in the story definitely makes it more fulfilling.
