Tiny little helpers
The simple trick to send her
Worries and fears away
A handful
Always enough to reach her
As her children stand beneath her
Crying for her to play

White and red chauffeurs
Turn the screaming into whispers
Like stone to clay
But then a light bulb
Finds its way to mother
An idea like no other
She holds her kids and says
Darlings
Take these pills for mummy
They’ll stop you being grumpy
And make you feel so great
Daylight
Comes to her so quickly
She rises feeling sickly
Her bedroom looks so grey
The clock says
The kids are gonna be late
It’s getting close to midday
And she tightens up her face
Their bedroom
The silence makes her shiver
It suddenly hits her
And it takes her breath away

Runs over to their bedside
Looks into their closed eyes
And starts to pray
