Juicing is really good, however one thing I’ve kind of heard about it cause I do wanna get into it to is the fact that it removes pulp so it’s just the sugars of the fruit and no pulp which is the fiber and true benefits. So if you plan to use fruit juice as a morning thing I would recommend sticking to lemon or cucumber water and use juicing for a mid day or just not early in the morning.

In a situation where I met someone and we had a great connection, however they felt things getting more serious than they wanted so they told me they wanna slow down and just be friends. Things have been platonic and we keep in contact, but its hard for me because obviously theres no more consistency. I asked God for help, and I started to pull away and I was seeing some progress, then I made the mistake of hanging out with him again, and now im back in my feelings. Its harder for me to know that I have to let him go because he didnt do anything wrong except be honest and say he doesnt want a relationship. Its just a shitty ass rollercoaster right now.
I told him yesterday that I gotta let go for my mental health, if our bond and connection is a strong as we think .. itll come back like you said. Thank you Nate 🩶
