Lome makes even Kumasi seem like New York. They need to speed up development. It’s 2023

The funny thing is people try to compare it to Accra

@@worldincredibletv2846 I’ve NEVER heard anyone compare Lome to Accra. Even all the Togolese I’ve personally met agree that Accra is years ahead.
In West Africa, there are only about 5 cities or so that are a lil advanced. Abidjan, Abuja, Accra, Lagos, Dakar. The rest are all in some sorry state - unfortunately.

@@elisobaisthis is a lie . Don't exagerate brother. Accra is beautiful but not too advanced compared to Lomé, Cotonou, Bamako and others, don't demean the other west african cities. Lomé, Cotonou, Ouaga, Bamako, Praia , konakry Etc are also beautiful. And let me tell you that this video didn't show the beautiful parts of Lomé , l know Lomé very well though l am not a togolese. There are zones slums than that in Accra too , don't come here to do your one man show again. How Can you judge the beauty of a city watching a video of 4 mn ? Moreover you should know that the cities that you stated as being your only références in west Africa have more natural ressources and potential , for instance Ghana , Nigeria . So it is normal that their capital cities are better than the others and that is not a problem. Each country is working according to its available financial ressources.

@@saturninazangon2123 This is the bullshit that we keep telling ourselves. I’ve been to Lome many many many times and know a lot of people who’ve been there too. The city needs ALOT of work. When are we going to admit that calling a spade a spade about some West African cities is not disrespecting them. STOP making Lome to be something it’s not. I’m not changing what I said. There are only those cities I mentioned that seem to have something going on in West Africa and I’m not changing that.

@@elisobaisand you have to empty your mind from this hebephrenic reaction . Your Accra that you are praising is not even that developed to such an extent that you will demean the other west african cities stop with your selfishness. You have to know that each country works according to the available financial resources that exists . Ghana got petrolium , gold and other natural resources so did Nigeria so it is normal their have a lot of means to build infrastructures in their capital cities that is not a reason for you to think that countries with no or poor natural resources are not doing their best. Development equals to means. You can't minimise the work others countries are doing. They are also working with the means they got
