It's so painful listening to people try and assume how the Persona battle system works and passing it off as stupid (stupider than RWBY logic? lmao) without actually knowing a thing about the series. It's a turn-based JRPG. It's not that hard to figure out.

Right, also since it's a game the feats can be calculated mathematically way better than in a _CARTOOOON_ as Barbara would say it. For example you could calculate lvl99 Mitsuru's chances of dodging lightning with her normal clothes that don't offer any buffs, if she dodges lightning 10% of the time then her reflexes have to reach a speed of at least 35.112 kmh (21.817 mph) which would make her hypersonic and her running speed would be roughly 1/3rd of that.

Whats funnier is that the Persona Universe easily Solos RWBYs Universe, for multiple reasons, but one simple one is that RWBY only has a few gods, the main one being Salem, meanwhile Persona has Multiple, SMT holding even more, RWBY wouldn’t stand a chance against even 1, they already suck ass against Salem

Mitsuru cannot summon other Personas. Only Wild Cards can summon multiple Personas (basically the protagonist of the game), she is not a Wild Card. She is limited to Artemicia only, but Artemicia has Null Ice so she can't even be harmed by Ice damage, but as a result she is weak to fire spells. She would not be knocked off balance from Ice attacks, they literally have zero effect on her, she could be completely incased in Ice and it wouldn't do squat, Mitsuru cannot be controlled by Ice. They had to talk about Personas and such a bit more cause its more complicated than just "dust allows magic power usage" (and from what I understand she's limited by this as if its some sort of consumable? So I'm gonna guess she doesn't carry much of that fire dust on her since she's primarily an Ice user), though they didn't really need to go into what the Dark Hour was since its not required to summon a Persona and its also now gone.
One thing they don't go into is that Shadows cannot be harmed by normal means (as seen in the one clip of Mitsuru's awakening, the men fire multiple guns at the weakest shadow in the game and it does nothing). Only Personas and attacks from Persona wielders can harm them. Since Personas are Shadows that have been brought under control by their owner they similarly would be immune to non-Persona/Shadow attacks. So Artemicia cannot be harmed by anything Weiss has, she can only target Mitsuru herself. They kinda fuck this fact up in the fight though since they show Mitsuru being affected by Artemicia being hit by fire. Also its really fucking difficult to summon a Persona without an Evoker, so Mitsuru should have been using one the whole time throughout the fight and not just at the end. Also Personas in the P3 Media don't tend to stay out for extended periods of time, they usually come out for 1 or 2 attacks then disappear. So the Evokers are usually being constantly used throughout a fight. In Persona 4 Anime they do tend to summon them once and use them for the whole fight, but the P4 game still has a single attack and constant summoning. The creators of this seem to be familiar with Persona and Persona 3's mechanics, but they also seem to miss a fair bit of the nuance. This battle wouldn't have been as drawn out as they've shown, Mitsuru would have been able to end it much faster (she also could have used her analyse power to realise Weiss is limited by a barrier and then just spammed spirit drain to break it, though just spamming Megidolaeon works too). Persona 3, 4 and 5 all have small differences in what Personas can do and where they exist. Persona 5 for example they can only be summoned in the Metaverse, so any fight outside that means they're just fighting normal teenage school kids.
If Weiss fought literally anyone that wasn't Mitsuru or Makoto from Persona 3 then she might have been able to win, but she can't even touch those two. Makoto is the strongest protagonist that has been seen in a Persona game to date and Mitsuru is both insanely strong and completely immune to her preferred fighting style. She could probably beat Akihiko since he's weak to Ice and Yukari since she's primarily a very squishy support healer (outdpsing her healing) and could whittle down Junpei since he has no healing himself and he's very unskilled with his two-handed sword (literally uses it as a baseball bat). Aigis literally has missiles and guns built into her chassis (she's an anti-shadow android), Ken is a child and Koromaru is a dog so unless Weiss is a horrible human being I would imagine they wouldn't fight. Fuuka is not a combatant and has no offensive ability so she auto-loses to everyone.
Being able to heal yourself isn't that silly. It's a turn based JRPG game, full heal spells are not uncommon in those. It comes down to levels, ability builds (primarily protagonist), armor/equipment/items and resource management. Plus on top of that the turn based nature means you have to play tactically with ability usage. The full heal spells only start coming out at the end of the game so you can't just do that whenever throughout the game. If Weiss fought a lower level Mitsuru she might have a chance, only Artemisia has the immunity, Penthesilea is only resistant to ice not immune. She doesn't awaken to her ultimate Persona until fairly late in the game.
Yeah the move speed thing Weiss does is good and all, but Mitsuru never uses Marin Karin or Tentarafoo in the fight (and she fuckin' looooves spamming these spells in the game). One charms her to stop fighting/assist her and the other panics her, making her vulnerable to physical strikes and unable to take action. Weiss would need to start with the speed thing and then burst Mitsuru before she can get a single heal off, if she can't burst in the time it takes her to heal then she can't kill her, and she has limited amounts of that lightning dust right? How much of that does she actually carry on her since its not her specialty?
Mitsuru can locate allies and enemies within a certain radius of her (like 40ish floors in the game I think? So pretty long), sense the weakness and strengths of an enemy as well as how much health and SP they have left. It doesn't help her predict the future, Rise (well, her shadow) has that ability but that's a different character from a different game (P4). Mitsuru is just the starter navigator, her role gets taken by Fuuka when she joins since Mitsuru is primarily a combatant not a navigator.

Well Mitsuru is the strongest magic user in Persona 3 and has heaps of CC spells and a full heal. She's also immune to Ice which this Weiss chick is apparently very reliant on. So the only way Weiss could win is in a sword fight, which Mitsuru has been training with a Rapier since she was a small child and has had extensive real combat experience with (exact amount depends on where you pull her from, if its from Arena Ultimax which is her latest appearance then its like minimum 2 years combat experience).
