It looks like I have to used 2 regular relays with this to get a negative out to run up the curse control. regular relay negative convert over to 12v to trigger the beuler bu-509td this will go into another regular relay for ground output to my Cruise control to get my 3 seconds of ground output.

How could I make this work as a delay off with a trigger that is a toggle but stays on? I am hoping to have multiple cooling components on one toggle but have some devices delay off after time allowance even though trigger is still “high”. Is that too much logic for a relay setup? I am idealizing a relay that times out after the trigger is engaged no matter the state and resets timer on a low state. Thanks for help

Is it possible to get an off delay relay that works off of a ground wire trigger vs the hot wire trigger?

I need the same thing. I need a crush control to reach 1000 RPM after the remote start. I will use a negative trunk trigger to activate the relay. I need the relay to send negative to the crush control button for 5 seconds so the RPM go to 1000 and then turns off the relay.

Is there a version where the 86 and 85 are flipped. I would like to use this as a modified led flasher but my car ground is on the left side and trigger on the right side

Does that company make a relay that when it sees power it will only stay on a set period of time before shutting off even if it maintains power?
Project I am working on I am trying to add a "wait to start" light but I need it where when the key is turned on it will power up the relay for 2 to 3 seconds then switch off. Only other option is to jumper off the seat belt light but I dont want to do that unless I absolutely have to.

I wanna a closed relay, when signal come it open with delay and close the power to source
But when the trigger signal stop, is it closed immediately or have delay ?

I have 4 five pin 12 volt DC relays hooked together along with two limit switches and a push button momentary switch that runs a motor.
I push the momentary switch that starts the motor moving an arm off the first limit switch then goes to the second limit switch and immediately reverses the motor to make the arm go back to the first limit switch and stop.
I need the motor to stop for about two seconds when the arm hits the second reversing limit switch then the arm needs to travel back to the first limit switch and stop.
Can you tell me what kind of time delay relay to use? I need help to know how to build this circuit I am not very knowledgeable about electronics.

I want it to keep my power windows powered for 30 seconds after i take out the ignition. I have power to 30, ignition to 86, ground to 85 and 87 to the power windows, but the relay turns off immediately, even with max adjustment on top. Any clues??

@@stanzhubrak818 yes I found out that it is possible. It you can wire it to send to ground . There is a diagram of this setup out on the web.

If I have a 12v switch to trigger this relay and the trigger turns off immediately, there's no way for this relay to activate's delay off function? Because in the video you said it needs a constant trigger voltage to switch to delay off, otherwise it's delay on by default?

You can use capacitors for that.
I'm using 6*4700uf capacitor for making light connection in my car

It's basically to control an event based on time in electrical devices/systems. This relay is useful for using a decorative momentary switch to trigger a device. Another use is to have your audio or lighting system stay on for up to three minutes after you turn your vehicle off.

I'm going to use it for my exhaust cutouts. When I push the cutout button, I want the relay to keep power to the cutout motor for about 5 seconds to fully open or close the cutouts so I don't have to keep holding the Open or Close button and counting to 5.

I believe this relay can be used for delay on as well by connecting the load to NC terminal. If yes then why BU510TD? Can this be had with a digital timer where we can see and set the exact number of seconds for which this works once triggered.
