- Mandibular advancement(MA) in aligners is generally advised for CII growing p’t with the exceptions of asians with excessive overjet and weak chin. In this case anterior TADs were applied to correct gummy smile and MA with precision wings helped reduce excessive overjet and achieve simultaneous arch expansion.

I have over the years enjoyed the videos you have shared with colleagues and must thank you very much for sharing! In this case I am very worried about fenestrations and dehiscences… lower incisor roots being out of buccal plate. Their final position and prognosis seems questionable.

I have similar case but dentists advice me to bite back and get extractions😭
Do you see how her airway increased at 3:19? Extractions reduce the airway.
