Yes..... that generation was certainly programmed with a lot of fear of so many things... my mother had to pass on last year and I get it now why because the most amazing person resurfaced in my life. It's sad to think that your own parents are toxic energy that needs clearing but they typically are. Doing healing for the past few years from covertly narcissistic boyfriends and recognizing it wasn't just in my dad lol! Because we can't vilify one parent because like attracts like vibrationally. They both had major healing to do from childhood, so they navigated the world from a place of fear because they had no idea the amount of healing they had to do.

So you’re saying that one can’t just condemn one parent that they both played into it, but the best healing comes from forgiving both? And then that can help us level up to a higher vibration??
For me the hardest part is to “let go” of what I created in my mind (which is a false/positive)…. that my parents always had my best interest, and “they were great parents”. I guess they’re like most people doing the best they know at the time. I.e. We’re all humans so none of us are perfect-but as children we create a fairytale life that as we become mindful adults we realize that that only exist in disney stories.💕
I push things away out of fear of inadequacy, fear of lack of funds, fear of failure

You’re trying too hard. When you feel disconnected from your guides, that’s the time you need to trust your intuition. I heard “You’re driving the boat.” 😂🥰 They’re allowing you to use what you’ve learned. Also, ground your energy “better”? 🤔 Anyway, the more grounded you are the more your crown chakra is open. In my last 2 relationships, I was betrayed. I could be bitter, I could stop trusting, but I have chosen to heal. I love, trust and respect myself enough to know they were lessons I needed to learn to grow and evolve. Also it that lesson I learned that I keep choosing people who are not on my level. I am working on being more courageous, and embracing who Iam in this moment to invite in a love that matches me and my vibration. I was this person whose was inundated with negative thoughts like that, but I've worked really hard to change that around in the past 2 months. Yes, I'm changing my story.

I stopped wishing and putting the effort into a soulmate that never shows up and I’m the one who always get hurt, I just felt it was time to let go and move on. I have other things going on that need my attention. All, I ever hear is he is not coming back and he is not here is he ? You need to let it go and get a grip on reality.
