@@donnawaters4808 I know it's heart-crushing sometimes but I'm just trying to see it positively; counterparts come into each other's lives at a fated time to awaken each other, we were once energetically one, QE, but we are two separate people with free will to take the blue pill or the red pill. This choice of blue pill for DMs and red for DFs seems to be very common though I'm sure it's meant to be this way. We're energetically not separate and also shouldn't accept any less in 3d than mutual respect, nurturing and genuine and selfless kindness, that can't happen for as long as DM or any other person refuses to face themselves and heal. I'm grateful to DM for catalysing my life-changing awakening, so that I could come home to myself, evolve and move to my life purpose. I can’t seem to energetically release him despite cutting cords and sending his energy back to him. If he’s truly changed and worked on himself, comes forth with a genuine apology, and continually shows up as a healed masculine, I will welcome him into my life once again.

I was having so much trouble releasing the energy connection until he gave back something I gave him. I hated to take it back but I guess that's what was necessary.
