yeah, there are remixes with higher octaves of the melody, which doesn't make the song better imho. i tried to stick to the original version (like it is used in the video clip).

i didn't plan to make a tutorial, but maybe a midi file can help you.
just visit:
nonstop2k(dot)com
click on "midi files" and browse through the archive. "kernkraft 400" is also there, of course.
just open the midi in winamp or a sequencer software to analyse the notes. if you need help, just ask.
