- Important Note: if u have SOS enabled, and u pressed the power button consecutively more then 4 times it will call ur emergency line like 911 in USA. So if enabled don’t press more then 4 times in a row.
I show you how to fix a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G smartphone that is stuck in a constant restarting cycle or boot loop (phone turns off, on, off on, etc). These are all easy possible fixes and nothing to do with taking the phone apart. Good Luck!

I used the tapping method on my A53 and it did the magic of bringing my phone back to normal from a never-ending retarting after the UI6 update. Thanks.
This comment may sound silly, but putting my Galaxy A52 (predecessor to the A53) in a freezer for 10-15 mins when it was stuck in a bootloop actually made it work normally! It seems like something overheats inside the phone when it stays on for too long (or when charging). And by the way, this problem started all of a sudden while I was using my phone normally, so I can't seem to find anything I would have done out of the ordinary for the bootloop to happen...
You should note that for my phone, cooling it was NOT a permanent fix. The phone HAS to stay cold to keep working. So I still had to buy a new phone (sadly...), but at least I could transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone by keeping the old one in the fridge. It sounds silly, it looked silly, but it "worked".

Most of the devices (not apple) that I work on have a heat transfer pad that contacts a chip on the motherboard to try and control an overheat issue.
I can confirm that! My Samsung A51 wasn't even able to change into the safe mode anymore, nothing worked anymore from one day to another :(
But I was able to safe my data by using a freezer but as said before it only works on time: In my case it's enough time to work on the data and safe it. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing you knowledge!
Sidefact: This will be my last Samsung phone. The last one before exploded in the middle of the night while loading and I was stupid enough to buy a Samsung again after it - and now it ended in the bootloop. Shame on you, Samsung! 😡
This is literally me right now. My phone works like a dream in the freezer. But as soon as it gets to room temp it will start the boot loop all over again. I've kept it in the freezer for 6 hours and it worked so smoothly. So disappointing idk what the issue is. I even took off the back panel and reconnected everything without success. Still looping even after several factory resets
That must be it. My phone has been doing it too since it's been getting hotter.
Dude I have to do this I hope it works cuz my a13 5g was overheating even though it didn’t feel like it and it started touching random things by itself so I clicked the power button to turn it off I then powered off the phone and now it’s in a boot loop I hope this works when I wake up in the morning I have to use my iPad to do stuff now and it’s not the best

I tried each trick ,mentioned, it turned on once, again it enters loop and the sequence repeats.
Reply may be late but possibly your phone had a power button issue and just needed fixing. Someone with a problem like yours can try out their local phone repairer for a power button fix.

I have no idea how but the freezer worked!! I was so sceptical as the ways to fix it kept getting more insane especially the freezer one but by that point I was like 'what do I have to lose!' Cannot believe it actually worked! Thank you

URGENT: Hi! I am not sure if my Samsung A53 is stuck in a boot loop so will explain. When I plug the phone in w my working charger, I depress the volume down/power buttons and the phone VERY BRIEFLY "powers on" but then immediately goes black again. I depress the same buttons and it does the same thing. A few months ago, I took it to a repair shop and the guy plugged it in with his charger for 15 minutes......4 days later, the phone FULLY powerEd on for 30 hrs and I was able to use it normally without incident! I missed an opportunity to transfer all of my contacts and photos from this phone to my new Samsung A53. Can u help me? Thanks and have a great day!

warning, spamming will start to send an sos alert if phone is on. luckily it is easy to shut off so no issues. it gives u 10 secs to cancel it. actually useful to know, i assume its 3 rapid taps that does it.

Infurriating. My a53 is brand spanking new, literally fresh out the box 2 days ago and it constantly restarts itself ramdomly.

Its weird because it never seems to happen at home, always seems to happen at work, I thought it was Bluetooth related or tlrelated to my 5g or WiFi or even my music app but I've had each one off before amd its still happened. Sometimes it happens really often then sometimes it doesn't happen for a day or two. It's a joke. I returned my original device because the same thing was happening, they sent out a replacement and the same thing. It must be a batch of a53s with faulty software imo. I've just taken the L.
@Sick Hunt mine turns off by itself anywhere. It started at school until now. I want to get it checked or repair as soon as possible, but im afraid they might sneak up on my data privacy stuff (samsung Store recommended me this one computer center nearby since they dont have their own a technician there but ive heard something about it SO IDK ANYMORE MAN🫠)
I also want to try the rice method just in case the insides of my phone got wet. On the other hand, i never used my phone near the water omg. 🥲
i have a new one i got just 1 month ago and when i turn its screen off it just restarts, i have to keep it open so it doesnt restart like crazy
also when i turn it on from shutting down it gives me a black screen with only the notification bar until it loads

It worked for me actually… My Screen phone was frozen after I did the last update of my Samsung galaxy A 53. I did follow all steps of the video and I managed to unlock my phone and it was fine now.

OMG, freezer worked! Thank you, I have to use my phone to get into PL match had a huge panic how I was going to get into the game today.
Inspired by your interesting method as well as the reball method of the repairmen, I took out the board from inside the mobile and with the hot wind of a hair dryer and the rubber end of a toothbrush, I started pressing the cpu, hard drive and base band!
This method worked and the device did not reboot anymore!

It works out after I tried the massage method! My phone then turned to Android Recovery mode and I selected Power off. After that I turned it on, and it was back to normal!
My phone was stuck in a loop for a long time and somehow now it doesnt even turn on ! I ried several time to turn it ON and connect it to the charger but is always this lightening logo and nothing seems to happen. Tried different charger but same. Sometimes it then show that pourcentage of the battery which is FULL, and turn OFF again. From time to time it happen to show the SAMSUNG logo but then its like frozen and if I tap the Volume minus + Power button together it just stop working, black screen and it just says like this...
That's exactly how my A33 is currently doing I'm hopeless 😢
The Freezer did it for me to. All other parts no response, wonder how long this will stick though.

@@ximenaciprian3924 yes, but the restart cycle started happening quicker and quicker. if it comes back on, transfer everything as quick as possible and get a new phone. my phone was spending most of the day in the freezer lol

First it started with a "moisture in charging port" error, I checked the port for dust, cleaned it out, powered the phone back on and it was stuck on the boot up logo.... Long story short...after hitting the phone around it powered up fine without the moisture error as well, weird... But this video helped me out thanks.

I just did the two button method until after numerous tries and reboots, it it finally gave me the option to power off, which is all I wanted to do.

The smacking worked. But I'm using Samsung A51. Very useless phone 📱. It's always rebooting, this would be the 3rd to 4th time in different days i have faced this problem. Thanks tho, the smacking on my palm kindda stopped the rebooting. I hope it doesn't go through this mental stage again.

Did the power cycle 4 times. Got a pop-up about installing a custom OS. Pressed volume down samsung screen appeared
