    The Brain Health 101 program is designed to help you and your loved one explore new ideas for activities that can help keep your loved one’s brain health if they have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia. Activities in this program are designed to engage in mental stimulation, social engagement, physical activity, diet, creativity, and many other aspects all of which have a positive impact on overall brain health.
    For activities intended for persons with early memory problems or those who have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment, please see our sister program Brain Boost.
