- This session is ideal for you if you have an upcoming big event such as a date or an interview or simply want to feel more confidence in everyday life. This powerful hypnosis session combines the power of my words with your subconscious mind and the Superconscious to supercharge your confidence and self-esteem. After going through a first visualization of the confident future you, I guide you through relaxation to open the mind to be open to updating the levels of self-esteem and confidence. I then call on the Superconscious and all three of us then combine to go through strengthening all 7 elements of self-esteem and confidence.

There are two ways you can listen to this session: you can listen to the first visualization and then compare to the second visualization at the end or you can jump right into the relaxation at 12:31 and start on the healing work then allow yourself to experience the rehearsal for success with the visualization at the end.
