Your life is a blank canvas when it begins. While many circumstances are beyond your control, there is still so much you can craft and mold to your will. But in order to create anything, an amazing painting or an amazing life, you must first have a vision for it. And vision is not necessarily a natural process for everyone, but everyone has the ability to look out into the future, understand what they desire, and put a plan together to get there. It requires the determination to develop that skill set over time. It requires the self-reflection to actually understand what it is you want based on the things that make you truly happy and give you energy. And it requires you to break that vision down into achievable steps in order to get there. With the skill of vision, the extraordinary life you wish to lead is within your grasp.
This is the first of three episodes where Rob is rolling solo, with no guests, to dive deep on topics that are especially important to him and, he believes, are important for your success.

I just drew the line where me knowing how to change my body constitution requires me to measure data to the smallest extent (such as weighing every single gram of food and accounting for it). the same shit could be applied to building businesses or really anywhere in life. Thanks man!

This is a good topic. I like how you talk about seeing the future and trying to carve a logical path to reach that. It can freestyled or wing it but it’s better to have a clear vision. It can evolve and change over time as it has for me.
I think the hardest part of vision is patience. You wanna get it done and move fwd but to do it properly you gotta take 1 day at a time. I try to be on a timeline yet it gets pushed back or I want to add something or didn’t see an unforeseen event in the path. Dealing with the anxiety of having this looming ever evolving project to complete. It’s fun yet it’s so nice to complete it and ride it out rather than be stuck in planning or execution phase. That’s how it goes. Cant rush greatness.
Like for instance I’m working on my vid submission to your team and I got this IG famous trainer who works with pro athletes to film content which he will do for free as he loves my gear for PT/ fitness core training. Yet I gotta wait weeks to get content and then I hope it turns out the way I want it to. I don’t want to 1/2 ass or rush things and try to be thorough. You wonder how much more you can add or if what I have is enough?
The way I see it is I’ll progress my business at the same time so this project inspired me to grind harder.
Do I need a million examples?? No. Atleast 1-2 of each focus group I need to target is enough to prove concept. Like Gyms/ PT office/ reputable influencers/ home fitness / group fitness like Cross Fit. Just as much as I can achieve to prove concept on a larger scale. Thanks 4 inspo 🙏
