What gear to turn into tier 2:
Angel: Kings Rule
Mink: Lighting Cloak, Super Dash op and whirlwind isnt that useful
Cyborg: Aftershock, Super Jump is good for vertical mobility
Human: Limit Break, Damage will become insanely broken
Ghoul: Any is good
Shark: Leviathan Armor, you will become very hard to chip down

For human i rather 2 red the spycho one although ur limit just 100 not 150 but it have *UNBREAKABLE* which make ur skill in any thing be unstoppable
For example if u holding z cdk and opponent use c ghm to you after the ghm attacked oppornent will stuck in ur z cdm
