Agents always trying to escalate prices. Abuja properties do not escalate that fast becuse land is plenty, properties are plenty because a lot of illicit money just parks itself in property. And demand isn't that high, so wondering how just a bungalow is N125mln.

The truth is that this estate (EFAB QUEENS KARASANA) is decent but then it doesn't live up to its expectation. They have major security concerns in the estate, burglars are always entering peoples homes while they are away. They steal a lot in the estate and the estate management does nothing about it. If you buy a land and you are building you will suffer a lot of theft of your materials ask people there. Last month one of the private guard by name Sule who secures a construction site was murdered on South Korea street in the estate, as thieves came to steal wires and guess what nobody was arrested the estate facility manage by name Mr Emmanuel covered it up. The estate have vigilantes but yet they never apprehend anyone, The security men and vigilantes are not changed periodically and they are always accused of theft but yet the estate does nothing about it. The aim of buying a house in an estate is for peace and safety but you see efab I'm sorry but you need to ask questions before you buy any property or rent a house there.
