Accuracy Update: So Spinosaurus has gotten even more convoluted. A nearly complete tail was found that was paddle shaped and built for locomotion in the water. The points I brought up in the video for why it couldn't swim well or dive were also under harsher scrutiny then I thought and weren't nearly as proven knowledge as I thought. So Spinosaurus WAS probably built to swim.

To be fair though, fossil evidence contradicts the pursuit model for spinos and eitherr doesn’t contradict or supports a mire crane like hunting style. They still swam but they didn’t use swimming in hunting behaviour (the adults anywya, we have no idea what the babies would have done)

I cannot verbally express my sheer love and adoration for Parasaurolophus.
My little, little heart jumps out of my chest whenever I am graced with a picture of this marvelous beast. Nothing can truly encompass my love for this creature. Their sheer size, shape, sound and mind have done nothing but consume my very soul since I was but a young boy at the age of 4. I remember seeing a decal on a dinosaur cookie bucket, depicting a watering hole filled to the brim with creatures big and small from the times long past. Amongst these creatures were, Parasaurolophus. I fell in love. I do not know what it specifically was, but everything about this estranged creature my eyes behold me called to me, called to my soul. I **needed** to see this creature with my own eyes. I **needed** this creature to come back to life. Just so I may have a mere chance, a smidgen of an opportunity to meet one for myself. I don't think you understand how much I love this dinosaur. I would kill for this dinosaur. I would watch the life drain from a man's eyes just for the small chance to see a Parasaurolophus in the flesh. Hell, not even just in the flesh, just in person. I would end a man's life, steal him from his family, do the job myself, reap the consequences of my actions all for the **chance** to see this marvelous, majestic, magical, momentous, monumental beast. Parasaurolophus, how I love you so.

When the movie was made, Deinonychus was considered a unique genus again but they decided to stick with the other name and also made them a little bigger.
Utaraptor had not been described at the time but apparently the claws of the jp raptors are based on the claw fossil of Utaraptor.
By the way, Utaraptor was actually a little bit bigger than jp raptors.

I mean, I would argue the Spinosaurus is more like a crocodile, given it probably had similar electro-receptors on its snout and hunted similarly in the water.

The raptors is JP are indeed very unlike actual dinosaurs, mostly because they’re man-made frog-dinosaur chimeras that ought not bear resemblance to real dinosaurs owing to the fact that they’re hideous lab creations that defy the laws of nature. They’re not really supposed to to be accurate dinosaurs even in the world of the movies. They’re sort of dinosaur-like unique animals.
