    Why are so many Indian fitness videos claiming such drastic weight loss within weeks.
    Sad to see such misinformation propagated all over.
    Losing 1 LB in a week itself is a great achievement.
    This will merely set impractical goals for youngsters.

      I think he clearly explained about the drastic weight loss in the starting month
      I.e loosing of water Retenstion in the body ( weight may decrease due to water loss from the muscles in the body )

      @@mahenderyadav3931 1 hr of gym . 2 variations chest- triceps, shoulder- bicep, back, and lower 1 day. diet is whatever you are eating now ok. don't increase the uptake. just add 2 boiled eggs full and 3 egg whites, day by day 150gm breast, daily have some curd with water above curd( prefer pullati majjiga), drink water, 1 spoon of peanut butter, daily do 150 squats not in gym time.easily you can reduce 7 kgs in 2 months and well built toned body. leda prefer volume training low weight,, high repetetions and high sets.
