In a surprising turn of events, Tilda is our main enemy now and has upgraded a Specter into a Specter Prime, a heavyweight and much deadlier version than any machine. Scan it first (MISSABLE MACHINE). Taking it down won’t be easy, but it still is weak to Acid and Plasma. So, prioritize these elements and just like the Specters from before, unleash Precision Arrows on him for maximum damage. Placing some Acid Traps will also ensure maximum damage.

Okay finally reached this and I have to say this is pretty bad enemy design. Tilda is not a hard boss. The problem is that her health pool is way too fucking big. She's basically just a bullet sponge for most of the fight. Along with the fact that she has a couple of attacks that consume more than half your health, this is tedious and annoying, not invigorating.
Fight literally took me about 10 tries 😂

I agree with this. I beat her, but she basically has all the hit points and the ability to instantly close from anywhere in the arena and hit you (for most of your health) at will. BRaced shot + tons of stamina potions ftw tho.
@@youshallnotpass2140 Unfortunately none of the weapons I had during the fight could inflict plasma damage. In addition, the game prevents you from leaving the area in order to equip/level up the correct gear to prepare for this fight. So I had to work with cheesing poison damage, poison traps, charged sharpshot bow shots, and triple hunter bow shots. Worked in the end, just wasn't very fun.
I've rarely ever heard anyone say a boss had good design. Either it's too easy and boring, or "artificially" difficult and poorly designed for being difficult. Bunch of whiney ass people. Smh Massive health, and powerful attacks are to be expected. I didn't mind.
I just beat her today. I used every ammo i had and i did it! Honestly overall that was a terrible boss fight. Not enjoyable at all

@@jameshawkes3286 If you are doing the same one I was doing then just get good at dodging, that was the only thing that kept me alive. And use the health valor.

@@jameshawkes3286 I liked it, I just dont like waiting for a DLC or another game to find out what happens next. But I guess we will have to. They must be planning to do either one, my guess is trilogy.
@@WitherWoods I think the next game will be the last as well. At least I hope so. I’d rather they end the story well than make the story too long. Ending with the defeat of Nemesis and reconstruction of Gaia next game would be a satisfying conclusion.

There is a hard fight and a boss just being OP as fuck, like this is beyond one sided.
Doesn't help when you get a glitch where zero damage can be done.
If it’s not the glitch that’s causing problems (your weapons will show no damage on impact but her health will be going down a very small amount no matter what you use), try using tear arrows to blast armor off and then use plasma and precision.
Every time I think this boss is hard, I say a little prayer to Elden Ring players

Spoiler alert: This boss fight makes zero sense.
Tilda was like "hey Aloy, please come with me to escape Nemesis, I want to save your life against your will, hope you will forgive me later"
Aloy was like "how about no"
Then Tilda was like "how about I kill you now?"
Im sure she was trying to just knock her unconscious and then kidnap her... basically. Psycho vibes.
I think tilda is trying to capture you , not kill you. But being a game, its easier to just portray the battle as usual
@@jerryku Sleeping gas would be something the advance civilization of Far Zenith can easily produce. I imagine this boss fight is the result of a compromise, that's why it feels weird. Maybe due to COVID lockdown and WFH restrictions, the game's ending feels off.

I beat this boss last night!!! After 4 tries managed to take her down. Felt like the last boss was a bit anticlimactic but overall enjoyed this game!

Just level up some more and get the Oseram Artificer armor. Also a combo that worked for me was the acid attacks paired with explosive spear attacks.

Easiest way to beat this boss is to reset the skill tree and max out trapper. You can set traps fast and use the trapper valor surge. It makes your acid trap deal 1000 damage. Set 3-5 of those and Tilda dies pretty fast if she steps on all of them.

Yep, I acid trapped the hell out of her. Then finished her off with acid arrows and plasma bolts.
Acid traps, and coiled up Acid and Plasma weapons did it for me. I threw a few exploding spikes into it too.

I thought the point of dodging was to... idk avoid attacks? they made enemies impossible to dodge and its ridiculous.
Okay, so the acid helped, and the plasma damage did too. managed to barely skim by
Ong they trample you too and Aloy takes ten years to stand up after being hit
Thank god I snuck past all the zenith cypods or whatever the hell they are called, because I needed most of my damn health potions for that main boss!
along with poison, smoke bombs are VERY helpful in this battle.
An item I should'ved used a lot more in my (great) initial game... 😩

What terrible boss design. Every other boss had some way of making sure you can fight back. If you don't have enough resources or ammo prior to this fight good luck
There's at least one loot box in that room. I used it. It's easier to miss because it matches the room's aesthetic and doesn't look like the loot boxes encountered throughout the game.

he one shots or destroys half your health bar, no time to reload or eat something, and taking off the armour is hard and my toxic weapons r low damage garbage but now im stuck on this island n cant go back , man fuck this boss

You can kill her in less than a min if you use acid traps they do alot of damage 4 or 5 acid traps will kill her faster

I used 4 acid traps and spammed explosive spikes it worked after like 8 tries and half of them where the trap didn’t hit
Bro this should’ve just been the video went from 20 tries (I’m level 26) to 3 minute fight
They made it overpowered, level 35 and the only way I could defeat it was by lowering the game difficulty for this boss fight then pumping it back up after!
This feels impossible to beat. I tried it multiple times until I got frustrated and gave up. It's difficult run away, dodge the attacks and slide out of the way. The timing it extremely difficult.
For the last hour and a half I’ve been trying to defeat her, I’ve tried every build and strategy possible and I still can’t defeat her, I love hard enemies and during the first 45 minutes I was enjoying the fight and actually hitting her felt rewarding, until I realized that after a SHOWER OF ARROWS WITH VALOR ABILITY did almost no damage. A hard boss doesn’t mean damage sponge
This woman is undodgable, I am 32753489 Meters away from her and still die from Her whip

I DIED 100+ TIMES
So i legit used acid arrows then the sonic arrows to blow off her two guns. Kept using acid and eveytime it filled ised the pulse guns on her. I found that method to work after trying many others and just kept failing. Played on hard btw didnt change difficulty.

I am completing the game rn and honestly the whole game is just too unfair, giant fucking ROBOTS with some lazer beams? Full auto guns? Flame? Ice? Having a damn 20k health bar and them just having to hit you twice to kill you, and you doin some 32 damage if not 4 if you the their protection cause oh yeah they got protection like bro, I just hate how the difficulty is stupid, not difficult, just pure and ridiculus unfairness, anyways writing this felt great

Tilda is annoying with these attacks where you health went down is a pain in the ass, no matter if you tried to avoid the attacks it always getting to you no matter what
I volleyed her with a few sonic arrows to remove weapons and armour, then hit her with exploding spikes. Took about 2-3 minutes. Think I only had to heal once.
No lie if aloy dramatic self didn’t stay on the ground for 20 years after she get hit maybe this boss battle wouldn’t of been so bad , I’m about to try to finally beat the game again smh
This was a major pet peeve of mine about the game. She seemed like she took a lot longer to get up and sometimes with multiple enemies they were chaining spark attacks so you’d just keep going down until you got lucky and were able to roll away.

@@DeathToHypeBeasts I was actually way over leveled because I did a ton of the side quests. I was level 45 when I finished the main story because I thought it made sense to finish a lot of the side quests as I was going. I’m not sure if I will do a second play through. I hope that maybe next game they rethink how tedious it is to upgrade everything and/or introduce a better way to hunt/fish

So somehow i got to this boss with ease but i ran out of berries.... so im fucked? Had so many not sure what happened
Probably just going to quit this game without doing this mission because nothing is working and none of my arrows do damage have died a hundred times already it’s not even fun anymore

@@tthompson4768 I was only like level 26 when I commented that and hadn’t upgraded any weapons I just rushed through the game. I reloaded an old loaded game right before the last mission and started grinding side missions and upgrading weapons now I’m like level 35. Haven’t tried to beat her yet cus I’ve lost motivation and I’m dreading having to fight the zeniths again. This game is very grindy and boring IMO. I asked for help on Reddit and saw some other people say they didn’t get to the final boss fights until they were level 50.
@@tthompson4768 I just beat the game and it took me not even two minutes to kill Tilda. I completely upgraded a plasma bolt blaster so if anyone is struggling with the boss fights you probably need to upgrade your weapons

This was one of the easiest boss's I've ever killed. Used acid arrows, and one hit with Regalla's Wrath took half her health bar with a 3500 hit. I couldn't believe it.

She takes so long to get up and when I try sliding she just crouches and I die like fuk. Then when I put traps she blows them up
That was my problem too timing the traps. When she starts pummeling into you is when you need to lay them down quick
The fight was actually pretty easy, granted I was at lvl 50 and most of my gear was maxed out. The only people who seemed to struggle are the ones who tried to rush through this game.
I am level 44 did not rush through the game actually finished almost all side quests too
I basically respawned with less health and ammunition
I think the endboss is nice but she has too much health and half her attacks kill me with 2 hits so yeah. I know what you mean but its not true ;)
@@MirA12334 I had a lvl 4 Legendary Spike Thrower and I activated the buff that upped Projectile Crit damage and Crit Chance which was maxed at lvl 3, and I killed her in 3-4 hits.
I am left with no potion and only 1 health berry. Due to some bug, any health potion i consumed was sent to stash when my inventory is 0 😔😔. Now i have to rely on my survivor valor which is time specific.. so stuck at this boss 😔😔😔
Load game back to before call companions and set you gear accordingly. Create bunch large potions at a workbench and set you items best you can in battle.
I’m stuck at this fight. I play games for fun and for a great story. The last two fights of the main campaign are just not fun. Really disappointed and had hoped for a better. Both of the last two bosses just feel like arrow sponges. Their health bars could have both been cut in halve and it may have made these fights “Fun”.
Yeah the health could have been lower and the aggression could be lower too it would make an interesting combat experience then just fuckin shooting at them and than dying again and doing this for hours tills you SOMEHOW mange to kill it and you have no idea how the fuck it happened

Just defeat it today after dies like almost 10 times,mybe. Almost change the difficulty to easy mod. (I know,so casual for playing in normal mode,but what can i say. Im not a very harcore gamer). Realize dat ive been died in 3-4 hits, try valor surge toughened, trust me,its help like alot. success in only 1 try.

This game is so frustrating, we are so slow and meant to fucking spam hundreds of arrows and roll and roll zway from attacks that cover massive area

I found this quite easy. Just made myself invisible with valour surge, laid out loads of acid traps, then just sat back and watched while she killed herself

My advice is;
- Take it slow
- Time your dodges
- Restock on health when running out
- Hit with powerful hits after using position
(Use powershots or bolt blasters explosive shots)

That’s one way to look at it to be sure. But civilization as a whole by now are used to fighting machines, and have modified their sticks and stones weapons to be formidable enough to fight machines. Arrow heads are likely made of machine metal instead of rock, and there are elemental qualities to boot. An awkward balance of primitive weaponry mixed with technological advances. 😂😂

I’ve seen a lot of comments of people struggling with Tilda… I suggest to try and max out weapon and armour stats and add coils! Having Skykiller can also improve a shit ton :) tbh I feel like most are going underprepared for this battle, even though it says level 35 it’s better to max out as much as you can beforehand!! Remember this is a boss battle it is meant to be challenging, so don’t underestimate it!

@@vector9 I finally did. I ended up just staying as far from her as i could and just throwing as much as i could at her. The key is keeping your distance as much as possible. It takes a while but you will get it!
