I ve took out all screws that you posted in the video, but I only found 13 and can’t find the last 3 screws for nothing. Any suggestions?

Actually you didn't replace the tweeter, you replaced the diaphragm which is only part of the tweeter. The driver (tweeter) part number is M44Ti (in my 2003 version, looks different than yours and only has 3 allen bolts) but the diaphragm part number is different. The allen wrench is 3 mm. Last, it's critical to clean the gap before installing the new diaphragm. When the old diaphragm blew, it probably cooked the coil, which leaves burn residue in the gap (the circular slot that the diaphragm fits into). If the new diaphragm coil rubs against anything like burn residue, it will soon overheat and fail. So take the corner of a business card and press it into the gap, move it all the way around the gap and then blow out the gap with compressed air. You will probably see black residue on the card.

Where/How did you order that part? What should I search for to find that specific piece you replaced?
