Works with echo saber for a 4 hit burst combo on tiny. If you have tree grabed, you can hit 4 times in 1 attack animation then throw tree. For 5 hits under a second
it work like LC E, not echo saber.
where do you get the 4th attack? 2 attacks with saber, 1 with neutral item, and the last one?

I just learned about this item recently and it functions like echo saber and legion commander passive but without lifesteal and it also works on creeps 5 sec cooldown very worth the stats as well
This neutral is truly underrated. I use it everytime whenever I go rightclick offlaner or bruiser

The crit is the proc; basically the counter-attack damage is dealt before the attacker's damage, and 100% of the damage is returned. So if Defiant Shell procs for a PA crit of 3200 for example, PA also gets dealt 3200 damage.
