This is Football. Coach selected the best legs to do us proud. The girls are wonderful, credit to the coach who added color to it by passing instructions to the girls from side line in Pigin,Yoruba with less English and confused the Canadian girls. Kudos! We can do better and better best.
You get the gist, the coach was using our local language which is how it's suppose to be, the opponent won't understand the instructions you passing to your players.

Is the goalkeeper the best we have? She is always catching and dropping ball. Her level of confidence in front of the post leaves a lot to be desired. I only hope we find a quick solution to this problem before our next match against the Dutch. That keeper is good. She charges out very fine and she's big too in front of goal and has made a lot of important saves where the defenders fall short...and she's improving with each game as well.

However, on the contrary, she has to improve on her fitness level and mental alertness if she must retain that spot of being Number One; she should neither take this position for granted nor treat it with kid gloves. In my opinion, and those that I sampled generally, her overall performance has been below par. In this tournament, there are other formidable teams like Brazil and Spain whose attacking force can give her a run for her money. She'd better improve for her own good or get replaced.

Any goalkeeper could make the mistake made by Oyono (the goalkeeper) today. And I also wonder why nobody was talking about the defender who passed the ball to her under that condition in the first place. She has made some fantastic saves in this tournament. We could have lost to South Korea if not for her. So why this so much negativity about her. I think people need to cut her some slack. She must be sad about the mistake already so we do not need to keep running it in. These negative talks about the goalkeeper will not help the team in any way.

The keeper put herself under pressure by too many touches on the ball. She had the opportunity to clear that ball before the opponent closed in on her.

I've seen comments calling the goalie name. I strongly believe if those people saw our previous matches, they would have known she's an incredible goalie. One of the commentators once described her as the BEST in the tournament so far.
