Such an intense dramatic piece. I'm SO thankful to be part of a company that quite seamlessly transitioned away from the office. I am guessing that many other companies who were interested in flexible work options and remote hiring before 2020 were positioned just as well. It was definitely sad to say goodbye to a nicely renovated space with snacks, and lunch with coworkers, but so many people have been able to renew focus on their own homes and families and self-care, more than they thought was possible, and this is what really matters. The best companies already knew this before 2020.
