WHO HERE HAS BEAT FRONTIERS?? i'm close to beating the story! i've been taking my time because i dont want it to enddd 😭 i'm so happy with the dialogue and gameplay, and i love how we finally see the emotions of the characters- we rarely do in the games. if you're a sonic fan and haven't gotten it yet...this is your sign to ;)
I beat it right now, the final boss was.... Lame as hell.
Which is saying something since I actually found it really fun, just as a "Final boss" and for what it was built up to be, it was lame as hell. Though I'm not gonna Spoil any further stuff. The story in this game was great though! I don't think this is my favourite sonic game, but I certainly really like it, and would like to see the concept expanded.

I just beat the game yesterday so yeah it took me days to beat the entire game and I got a say it was worth it there is so much about this game that I like and I had a fan time to beat every Island and explore these cool islands in the game. Then like you, I get to the end of the boss and see (SPOILER)
Sage dies as she saves Sonic towards the end, and most of all Eggman just looks at the Sunset as he sees the stars just hit right inside him 😭. I"m not lying when I saw Eggman in the ending cutscene I felt like tearing up. Then again I say that game not only is the best Sonic game I played so far but also made me see Sonic as a whole different character, as soon as I am done processing the game in my head I will make a video about it. Over and all this game was a nice fun and Adventure type of game that I've been wanting to play in a Sonic game in a while and kind of gave me an experience that I had never experienced before was the whole Combat and using parry attacks was just so cool to experience for myself since I'm not much of an RPG player but that and getting this game for Christmas was just the highlight of my year as being a gamer and Sonic 2 the movie while watching it on 4D with my siblings and my nephew.
I am not gonna rate the game yet since I just barely beat the game. But I will describe it for you in one word and it's

I beat it 1 and a half week ago. Sonic sounds so sad during the tails cutscene
The cutscenes in the map with Tails had me crying fr😭 I did beat the game a few days ago and really liked it and I’m so sad it ended. Gotta say I didn’t really like the last 2 maps and the final boss. It just was a little easy and repetitive. But I really liked the rest of the game especially the first 2 bosses and maps. Gotta say tho, I never understood the story but it was good at the moments I did actually understand it😂
Also I kinda like the fact they actually did something with Tails being so horribly written in the 2010’s. Everyone complained about that one cutscene from Sonic Forces and they actually used that in the story😂

Ian Flynn's writing made a character flaw in the writing into character development. THAT'S some good writing.
