      When did they close El Chaparral(pedwest)? That's insane.

    This was a perfect video. I have used CBX before, but never the pedestrian crossing at San Ysidro. We crossed this last weekend. Keeping to the right using the GOES cards was a great tip. Thank you for posting.

    I wish that Congress would grow some huevos and actually enforce the passport law that has been in effect since 2009. They need to institute a fine against Americans who don't follow the law and just present a driver's license. Not having the proper documents means that agents are forced to ask additional questions and that slows the line down. Hit passport scofflaws with a $100 fine and watch how quickly they apply for a passport. A travesty that there are no penalties.

    Where do ready lane card holders make line at?

    • @TwoGayExpats
      @TwoGayExpats  Před 9 měsíci

      I’m not sure what that is, but if you have global entry or sentry, then you can bypass the like as shown in the video. There are only two lines.

    Is there a disability line? My Tia is crossing tomorrow and we are trying to see if there is a special line for people with disabilities.

      Check directly with CBP or INM, we don’t know. I’d definitely call to confirm if not listed on their websites. Safe travels!

    Hello Sir,could you please tell me what is the difference between Global Intry and Sentri Intry.Does Sentri intry is usesd by persons who do not have American Visa but they have filled out their own personal information in CBP One App?

    • @TwoGayExpats
      @TwoGayExpats  Před 4 měsíci

      From my understanding, if you hold a SENTRI card, you can enter the U.S. by land and air only. On the other hand, Global Entry allows entry into the U.S. by land, air, and sea. If you're deciding between Global Entry and SENTRI, it's worth noting that Global Entry also provides access to SENTRI lanes at the U.S.-Mexico border if you register your vehicle with CBP. On a personal level, we have Global Entry and had no trouble using the SENTRI expedited lanes by foot at the border.

    • @saeedirani6612
      @saeedirani6612 Před 4 měsíci

      Hello again..I meant that after registring in CBP App and getting promission to cross the US border I have to wait in the Global line Intry,which is crowded or go to the left side and using Sentri Intri where there is no line and not crowded?@@TwoGayExpats

    • @TwoGayExpats
      @TwoGayExpats  Před 4 měsíci +1

      @saeedirani6612 there is no global entry line at this crossing only regular and SENTRI. If you have global entry, you can use the SENTRI line which has practically no wait but like in the video, you may have to kind of say excuse me and push past to get to the entrance for SENTRI as the regular line is overflowing into the SENTRI expedited lane.

    • @woodyboy6493
      @woodyboy6493 Před 29 dny

    All the web sites indicating border wait times show there being a pedeast ready lane. Is it really there? The videos I've seen only show general and sentri.

    • @TwoGayExpats
      @TwoGayExpats  Před rokem

      I only saw general and Sentri lanes myself. Having Sentri is a must to avoid lengthy wait times in the mornings!

    • @tbobtbob330
      @tbobtbob330 Před rokem +1

      @@TwoGayExpats thanks for the quick response. I rarely go into San Diego, so it's not that big of a deal. If the general line is long you can take the shuttle bus for $10. It's pretty easy and only takes 30-45 minutes.

  • @Slider77755
    @Slider77755 Před rokem

    How long is the wait if you do not have sentri or global entry?

    • @TwoGayExpats
      @TwoGayExpats  Před rokem

      It would have been hours when I (Trai) left early weekday morning. It all depends on time of day from my understanding.

    What side should I be on if I have no sentri pass? I’m from the U.S. and I would love to know so I don’t get fined $5,000 !

    • @TwoGayExpats

      Left side is regular like and express Sentri line is to the right as you leave Mexico for US CBP.
