Great job, however, I've found success in using SprayMax 2K Clear Glamour clear coat, it's a 2 part auto clear coat that works amazing and you never have to polish again. I used to polish bars all the time and now that I've found this stuff, all I have to do is wet sand, dry, and spray the bar and it's done and looks factory new permanently

Really no comments on what your using to clean it up with? It might not only help someone it would keep someone interested on staying.

I use 2000 grit then 3000 grit I use windex instead of water to wet sand then plastic polish Sorry for the delayed reply I work about 70-80hrs a week so it’s been hard to get on here the past few months

When i did mine i used 1000, 2000 and then 3000 wet sand. Hand polished and hand waxed and came out decent but definitely needa try a drill next time for polishing it

Good place to start looking is Facebook in the light bar pages and find someone who’s willing to do international shipping. It may be difficult due to the expense of shipping a lot of people including myself have been burned by international shipping so we tend to stay away from it but there’s a few guys out there who do

Hey thanks for that bit of info. I have put a bunch of time on polishing the plastic with some success but still not where I would like it to be. I went completely through my code 3 MX 7000 light bar and to finish it I need to locate 2 of the rotating light plastic gears that had become brittle and broke apart. 4 out of 6 are functioning. do you have any idea where i
I might be able to find this part? I have looked and didn't locate any. Thanks

You will have better luck just replacing the whole rotator assembly. Elightbars.org is a great source for used parts and Facebook has several pages for emergency equipment. I recommend used rotators over new just because of the price.

Nearly 9 minutes of zero information imparted. It was basically us watching you work with no useful information, next time maybe narrate and tell us what products you're using? Otherwise a video like this is beyond unhelpful.

One of the first videos on the channel. I made plenty of other videos explaining the steps and process. This was not intended to be a how to video.
