Have you tried a tarp ray they don’t take hardly any room when packing, it’s the poles that take room up but you could manage with one pole ,( and pray it doesn’t get windy)
I have a tarp already an saw it blown flat within seconds. However, I can use the bike as a ridge and peg the tarp either side of it, and get underneath. 👌👌👌
There are videos on yt showing how to make a single skin tent using just one pole and they look quite sturdy
@stephenmetcalfe1627 yeah, they have tents where you use a hiking stick as a pole for the tent.. they seem easy enough, roomy too. 👍👍
