It’s certainly not as complicated as two point hospital!! But that’s to make campus more accessible and more of a focus on design vs. the numbers. And I know which you prefer! Nice to see you back!!
When will the new medical school DLC be activated in gameplay. Do we need to one star certain ones before it becomes active?
It came out yesterday the 17th of august and as long as you’ve completed 1 star in the first 3 levels (up to Mitton) then the DLC should be available to you.
@@PowerPlaysI’m on noblestead but only have locked spiffenmoore and fluffborough on my map. What am I doing wrong?
Once you’ve purchased and downloaded the DLC you should have them unlocked after the first 3 levels! It should do a short cut scene when you load up into your save for the first time.

Hmmm that makes me sad for you!! Does it say the DLC is successfully downloaded on Steam (or which ever platform you're playing on)? In the top bar when you're on your campaign save do you have any hospitals on the very right which have been unlocked?
