My Montreal Canadians won in '66 against the Detroit Red Wings because their goalie Roger Crozier got injured. Red Wings Roger Crozier won the Conn-Smyth Trophy. To be honest thats the only one I know besides McJesus sadly!!! Now my research begins (keeping this honest and transparent).
I know that in 1968 My Habs won against the St. Louis Blues...but what i didn't know is that Blues Glenn Hall won the Smythe Trophy.
I know that my Habs again won the Stanley cup in 1976 against the Philadelphia Flyers...but i didn't know untill now that Flyers Reggie Leach took home the Smythe Trophy.
I didn't know that in 1987 the Edmonton Oilers won the Stanley Cup against the Philadelphia Flyers and that Flyers Rex Hextall won the Smythe Trophy.
I did not know until now tgat the New Jersey Devils won the Stanley Cup in 2003 against the Anaheim Mighty Ducks. And likewise i didn't know that the Ducks Jean-Sebastien Giguere brought home the Smythe Trophy.
Sweet 2 pack rip my friend...gotta love starting out with a Flyer lol!!! No Bedard, fun still a fun quick rip!!! Thanks for the opportunity and i hope that you are having a truly blessed day today!!!👊🏻❤️💯🙏🏻
