Honestly I know nothing about this but the only thing i can think of that looks weird is the eyes and i think that can be fixed if you just make them smaller, other than that this is better than anything i could do it looks great even with how the eyes look now. If you didnt mention the eyes i would have just assumed it was a personal choice to have them like that so dont be too hard on yourself!
