because you have to be 18 to sign a release form to be filmed in a commercial or public video. this is a school, their parents would have to sign releases, as well as school admin as ther footage was captured in a classroom.. It's a legal liability thing and mostly to avoid any lawsuit from the parents of random children in the video.
I was shocked when I heard what Luke did. I thought these were going to be some stupid things teens did. That is beyond disturbing. And regarding what the girl did when the officer turned down the wrong street investigating a burglary if you act guilty and stupid that's how you get treated. She would not even listen to why she was being stopped. I would immediately turn off my car and comply figuring there was a valid reason and let it clear itself up that they had the wrong person. What is wrong with people today?????

I really wish officers would not keep clicking their pen when talking to suspects on body cam or in an interrogation room. It’s so frustrating when trying to listen to the conversation. Sorry, had to vent 😂😂😂

The cup that stopped the girl in the silver car had no right to force her to stop and then lean in her car and turn it off when she had no idea what was going on and he was on the wrong Street the cops were so dumb he couldn't even get the street right then he starts going at an innocent young lady and of course she's going to react that way I would too some cops starts making me stop and leaning in my car to turn it off with no warrant or no probable cause, he had no right to just come up on this lady like this none as far as I'm concerned the cop is in the wrong and I am a white 57 year old woman who sees the situation for what it is unnecessary police brutality

Before you’re interrogated, the police or detective needs to tell you these basic rights you’ve got- FOR YOUR PROTECTION. Either way they’re going to question you. But, knowing that you have the right to an attorney and anything you say can and will be used against you- used to never be said before this important law was passed.

Ummm actually for people about blutted faces the faces shouldn't be blatted out at all. the law says if laws are broken to an extent then they give up all rights to the community and can be shown to the public or there safety when you commit crimes ur rights are waved so the law will tell you you that your identity is waved an giving up for such crime even on miniors that commit crims like these with guns now they can't talk to them alone at all but there identity goes to the public for safety reason
