This video game was so awesome when I was a little kid playing this and two of the original sequels that came out throughout the 2000's.
This game is a big part of my childhood! The references, sound effects, etc. just made this video even better! Happy anniversary to one of the best PlayStation games of all time!

This was fantastic! All of the original sound effects are great, and the subtitles are hilarious! (So, leaving Drek on Veldin for days and days to go find more bolts was a universal experience, then? XD).
I do wonder what percentage of players actually beat Drek legit.
And how many afk the bolts.
@@PsychadelicoDuck I'm one who did. Now granted I lost to him like 3 or 4 times but I eventually did beat him. This was back in 2003 and I was like 11 years old and didn't know about the Hoverboard race glitch cheat at the time and when I eventually did make it a goal to get the RYNO on my third playthrough, I did do the Hoverboard race to get the remaining bolts I needed but again, I had no idea about the glitch so I played it straight and it was as long and tedious as you would believe LOL
I'm also did it legit, even through it cost me a lot of time, but eventually did it
I can't believe how well done this is, from start to finish. Amazing job!
This animation is perfect. I love all the references to the original trailers (which had a similar art style) and the timing of the music is impeccable. I've never subscribed to a channel so quickly and assuredly.

Thank goodness for that Tesla Claw in the final battle against Chairmen Drek. When it comes to final bosses in Ratchet and Clank. Drek is the hardest. Though, it might be a tie with Dr. Nefarious in Up Your Arsenal. Especially if you play Challenge Mode in Up Your Arsenal and Nefarious pulls an Ultron upgrade on you.

I hate that I didn’t grow up with RaC but I had the opportunity to play through the series and I’m glad to experience these games. The ost in RaC had my mind blown. This video is a cinematic masterpiece. love the art style and memes.

This is a masterpiece. Best 9 minutes and 36 seconds of my entire year so far. Enjoyed every single bit of it. Loved the references to every kid's thought we definetly had when playing R&C. Speedrun skips included too, that makes the difference between average R&C fans and R&C enjoyers. Very subtle, yet mandatory detail to use the soundtrack playlist according to every map. Ultimately, I didn't expect myself to enjoy the W I D E C L A N K meme as much but I did.
This deserves so much love and I hope you're receiving it.
PS: Had to watch it twice because I didn't notice the subtitles had extra references. So that makes the best 19 minutes and 12 seconds of my year.

Liked the knod to speed running techniques. At the very least we still got to see Gemlik Base. I also loved the look of dread on Ratchet’s face reflective of the soundtrack and atmosphere this place gives out.
Fantastic way to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the first game and the series as a whole.
