Maybe a tablespoon or two, it would’ve helped heat up the bacon fat and also it would’ve evaporated much more quickly, obviously. he could’ve used less heat, for some nicer-cooked bacon 🤧 maybe it was turkey bacon and we’re missing something here? So apparently adding water will keep your bacon from becoming hard and dry from the amount of fat the bacon already had in it by adding water it'll cook along with your bacon it'll keep its moist and crunchy instead dry and hard crunchy if this help anyone but could just Google it for yourself that what I did
