This is my favourite recipe for roast potatoes! It's quick and easy to make, but the potatoes are guaranteed to be absolutely delicious! Your family will be very impressed with this recipe. You need minimal ingredients, and the recipe is fun to make and doesn't require any kind of special equipment. It's an excellent way to make delicious and crispy roast potatoes at home using only your oven!
Ingredients potatoes:
Young potatoes - 1kg
Sour cream - 200ml
Vegetable oil - 100ml
Garlic - 4 cloves
Dill - 1/4 bunch
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
