This is here to show you the benefits of moving from the traditional LC Whelen set-up to the WeCan platform. I understand that the unknown can be a bit scary and overwhelming but hopefully I can dismiss some of the myths of the software based platform with this video. Enjoy.

you can but it will require a lot of work and money

Nice video you seem to be in the know , I’ve got a freedom led and other Wheelen lights on my van all amber but when I run them all after a time the pulse on and off all at once it’s on a second 100amp Barrie and this can happen randomly I’ve never had this issue beforehand and they have been in for over a year any advice I’m using an optilink controller ? If that helps cheers

Negative, you need the WeCan I/O inside the bar with the associated wiring...

I like your video. I am trying explore this system but before I go and invested the money I was wondering if you could answer a question. I am not sure if I understand correctly. I understand running the power and communication cable to 6 point connection. But I am unclear of the programming the software. I uploaded the program and it shows me the 18 inputs. I then have the ability to program that input, to have the light bar do whatever it is I chose, regardless of the cable color??? The cables are more or less just there so I can have a legend to know what goes where and what does what for the future?
Can I have input 1 be rear lights / 2 front and rear / 3 corners / 4 just front / 5 all white lights. and etc and as long as I run the cable from input 1 to the corresponding output on the control head the light bar will do what is programmed.
