I'm certain that Rwanda would have been at the current level development or even more, had Rwijema been president. However, we all know what happened.
As you said we all know what happened, I hope you are still a human being with intelligent mindset and still keeping the regret as we all right Rwandans share in common. Yes Rwigema is a hero and we recognize that. What he should do if he became president would of course be positive as he shared the same vision with Kagame since their childhood. People brings whatever but the truth still there. Our heros are many and we appreciate each one on his contribution. Rwanda long live ❤️. Respect to Rwigema and Kagame. Remember Rwigema was elder than Kagame and they were brothers forever.

@@OWANAPAEDIA the current UPDF spokes person, was asked about him and he said that he was never a member of the UPDF, that those who want his whereabouts should ask the RPF in Rwanda, this was said during Bbs TV programme, and his son was saying the same, that all generals had turned against his back
gym mafox rwijema was part of NRA not UPDF and he only stayed here for 4 years after 1986 war so most of updf soldiers don't know him but NRA fighters still remember him unfortunately most of them are dead by now
