I am so excited for this game. Since playing GRIS no other game can compare. GRIS was one of the most beautiful and thoughtful games ever. I hope it comes to Apple like GRIS finally did.
Besides the obviously otherworldly gorgeous art style of Gris, what else in your opinion allowed it to ascend so high above all other games ?

This is super late, but I couldn't get myself to enjoy Gris ngl. There was no gameplay and we didn't know what made Gris sad in the first place (maybe it's the voice, but far too vague to know) so it was hard to relate or feel sympath whenever anything happened because it was confusing. It is beyond stunning when it comes to visuals, but it wasn't much of a game imo. This one really seems like it fixes that, at least the emotional aspect.
Oh, I couldn’t agree more, I’ve actually played GRIS A BIT ON APPLE A YEAR AGO. I UNFORTUNATELY DIDN’T FINISH IT AS I ENDED UP BINGING IT WAY TOO EARLY IN THE MORNING AS I COULDN’T PUT IT DOWN. BY THE TIME I DID I KIND OF PUT IT ON HIATUS. WHAT I DO REMEMBER THOUGH, IS IT BEING ONE OF THE MOST ENTICING AND ADDICTIVE GAMES FOLLOWING ALONG THE DEVELOPMENT I HAVE EVER DONE AND I AM NOT HUGELY INTO GAMES. Bringing GRIS to Apple was one of the smartest decisions ever. Same for when the other studio brought Journey to the App Store and I really hope they bring this new game to the platform as well. It truly fits the tablet style well.
Damn, I thought it resembled Gris, but it's also from the creators of Gris which is an artistic masterpiece, can't wait for this!

I have watched this so many times since yesterday's reveal... I'm in awe of the entire artistic direction but I'd like to give a special shout out to the music here. The way it builds up during the fight and that sad, sad climax... Incredible work, it gets me emotional every time. Gris was a gorgeous experience, and I'm really looking forward to Neva now.
I knew it was the folks from Gris from the moment the music. It just sounded beautifully familiar.

Gorgeous visuals. I especially love the character design of the protagonist, she looks really good and instantly iconic with that cape and the shock of white afro hair like a cloud or a mass of snow.
I loved GRIS and visually this looks even better, I hope the gameplay is as fun!

This is an insta buy for me. GRIS was a masterpiece, worth every penny. Cried watching this trailer, and i know i will even more while playing this game. @@aanthoine This particular trailer has everything to do with being manipulated because these are fake entities you have no connection with or understanding of. The trailer nukes the viewer with over-the-top dramatic music and dramatic imagery specifically to evoke a dramatic response as quickly as possible.
gris inspired me to start painting with watercolors, its been my passion for 2 years now, and a few months ago my dog who was battleling with a uncurable desease died. he took care of me when i myselft thought i was dying, and now that i am strugling to deal with grief and taking care of the puppy he left, i'm already certain this game will mean so much to me.
(english is not my main language, i'm sorry for the gramatical errors)

If the soundtrack is half as good a Gris, I'll be very happy. The best part of that game for me. There were parts when the score really swells with horns where it sounds like a Hanz Zimmer composition, which is probably the highest compliment I could give it. This will be one of a few games I won't mind paying full price for even if it's short. This studio deserves my money. I can't remember the last time I felt that way.

Stumbled across Gris a couple of days ago as it was in the PlayStation Sales. I had never heard of it before but it is without a doubt a real masterpiece, and I don't say that lightly! Really Looking forward to anything new from Nomada Studios. Great stuff!

I started my gaming channel in 2024, recently a few weeks back and I was lucky enough to stumble across such a beautiful games as GRIS. And today, I will be uploading the final part of it's soothing gameplay. Thank you Devolver Digital and Nomada Studio for creating a masterpiece. I'm looking forward to playing Neva as well.
