Technically no. Maybe. A couple of those clone rifles, with high rpm and some ionized shots, would make quick work of them.. on an open field. High RPM, ionic shots disable electronic equipment quite well, and blaster shots generally penetrate quite well. Bolter shots are very inaccurate on long range too. There would be losses, sure wouldn't be there. But a Space Marines takes around 10-20 years to make, and they are not cloned. Unless they are the revenant legion, there is an okay chance.
The salamanders and lamenters are some of my favorite chapters. They are so beyond human yet still choose to defend them. “How can we be their defenders if we feel nothing for them”
In a world of misery, death, and despair, there is nothing more comforting than having an angel of a god come down to lay a hand on your shoulder to let you know that there is still a light at the end of this very dark and grim tunnel we are in. I just wish that said angel smelled less of charred xeno children tho...
1) Vader would be proud. He did the same to Sand People. 2) That is a 40K space marine... You are LUCKY he smells of burned xeno children! That implies less threats in the future! Some of the aliens they fight don't have children or their children are also murder machines! (See orks, Nids, etc)

Counterpoint: Not all Stormtroopers did crimes against Aliens. Some were guarding a bulding, others were constantly moved to different planets and others were patroling destroyers. Ah the Salamanders one of the best SM Chapters out there and defiantly one of the better encounters the Stormtrooper had with Space Marines Now just need to see how he handles meeting a Space Wolf, I half expect it to end with him had to many drinks
What I've noted is I've got some great dedicated viewers who pour in immediately but sometimes the views tapers off. Not really a big deal to me anymore I'm just going to focus on making what I enjoy. If it gets views, great. If it doesn't, that's fine too. I like my small community.
