Here's my version of Chicken Afritada that you can cook for Christmas.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1 onion
1/4 cup green peas
1 belle pepper
1 whole chicken
3 potatoes
2 carrots
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup tomato paste
2 tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 pc chicken cube
