General Care Instructions

To pack (stuff) the jacket.
Stuff the jacket into the inside pocket near the left chest area. If done right there should be a little zipper where you can easily zip it up while packed and a mini North Face Logo.

Hi! Thanks for the video! I got the Thermoball Eco with the hood so the storage pouch is a little bigger. Problem is I get it stuffed like you show so well and the zipper is the wrong side up. I didn't see you use the zipper to close it. Is the zipper supposed to be that way? Coming back later... I went to another video on the subject and answered my question. There are two inner pouches, one is just a big pocket the same size and the other has an inner zipper that has two pull tabs on it. Once you have stuffed it completely it is a zipper that works from both sides and you can zip it closed.
Just my amateur view but it looks like you don't zip it closed once you are done. It is actually designed to zip closed if you use the correct pouch. Now 3 years later in 2023 it's too bad but the price of $270 and a cheap not as good zipper. It's probably so they can keep the price down but wonder how long the zipper will last.
