I could relate to this brother. When i first converted i experienced a high iman in the beginning being very passionate, then later on there were doubts from many things, even seeing other muslims doing unislamic things. I learned not to judge islam but to judge muslims since they're just human beings who make mistakes.
Only judge with knowledge. So don't judge anybody unless you can back it up with facts. That's what the function of a judge is between two or more parties/ideas.
I’ve learned so much I used to full of hate and intolerance, thank u so much Mufti you’ve really changed my life for the better , you’re gonna be remembered as one of the DONS of the 21st century Jazak Allah Khaar ❤️🤌🏼
Dawah scene is addictive and can build patience and even kill the ego in a person. Especially if it's combined with military style ritual prayers and practices. OCD almost. The problematic nature of it isn't so clear to see at the start, it's like a celebrity status one has to keep up with.
The real damage is done to others who are searching, they are forced to give you the attention you are demanding and themselves put off really walking the path.
Modern Dawah culture is a hindrance
Allah Huakbar. That last bit was amazing and made me cry! Life is definitely a journey, continue to practice kindness and compassion to others. Ameen.
Brilliant. Mufti. You need to do a stand alone video on this subject that is short, sharp and shareable.
Exactly islamic ethics need to be revive🥲
Sheik Khaled Abu Al fadl does a good job at this
May Allah bless him and MALM
one of your best videos by far alhamdulillah
New muslims and muslims in general who like Mufti Abu Layth should search up Shaykh Hassan Farhan al Maliki in English. Its an eye opener
Sheikh Hassan Farhan al-Maliki, what a man.
Jazakallahu khairan for all you do!!! How might I arrange an interview like this with you? I so very much appreciate your insights and wisdom and reasoning. May Allah continue to bless you 💖

barak Allahu feek for taking a look at this very intense topic
Also, in my own case, i use the opposite way of knowing Allah. That means, that whatever negatives I find in my experience with people or situations I tell myself,'Allah and Allah's Messanger are the opposite of this'.This builds my Imaan
Mashallah brother is very young Allah blessed him, my wife sometimes go through that experience, it’s our duty show that how mercy and kindness build in Islam and it’s blessing from allah. Our biggest problem is that born raised Muslims are kind of away from the faith, hope we can make difference if ur born as Muslim be an example.
I can relate to this so much 😢
Very similar experience here. May Allah bless you, Mufti. You, and a few like you, are the only ones who should be representing Islam in my opinion.
A question for anyone to answer. Where do scholars stand regarding the 'awrah in movies, series, books (with pictures) and videogames?
I don't like the obsession to convert people in Islam.. they only preach monotheism but Islam is more than just one God you have to follow Sharia...
I uploaded a video about journey of a reverted... Murted..
No one follows the shari'ah 100%. Believing in the One God and loving Him and communicating with Him and being a fair and decent person and kind and compassionate will get you over the line, inshallah.
Mashallah mufti
Mufti I am a Muslim already by birth but I have so many questions You filled most of them and I trust you because you come from a very educated background and have learned so much on Islam more than the other scholars out there. Is there any way I can talk to privately and ask you a couple of questions?

Very true.New converts to any faith, religious or political, feel so energetic that they end up saying things in an arrogant way to so called non-believers. This energetic phase should give way to maturity

Which Version of The Koran You read to Covert?
The deeply inaccurate one, lol.
King James
@@TheFatMan Oh I got it. Bingo..King Fu'ād Version of TheFatMan
I suggest a Better Version To Convert The Gog and MaGog Zillions
1. The Adult Boob Sucking Version: Eaten By The GOAT
2. The Baptised By Fire Version of Uthaman
3. The Fish Feed Version of Nile Dump pre1924
Try them.
If It does Not Work, I will suggest some other Authentic Original Arabic Qurans which may do the trick.

@@TheFatMan : "changed like the Bible"... Who? How? Why? What was al Lah doing / when Change Happened? Waning and Waxing? Couldn't she preserve and protect her book which she sent? Is this a FatMans lie? Where is The original.. with which al Lah? Can't some one hallucinate in a cave and rush to a nude right thigh of a woman to get her view? Please!!!
Oh lalalal Halala
I wish Mufti was on Twitter

I totally agree with them sometimes I see dawah on street fighting arguing, I believe that la not Islamic way.
That's indeed Islam
Your personal beliefs are irrelevant to the faith.
@@suigeneris2663 there are different ways we can reach out and deliver the message
Some Sufis claim that they gain access to the Alam e ghayb during course of which they encounter the love of both Allah and the Prophet(PBUH) in a very direct way. This can, in my view, offset the influence of what others say or distort
Mufti sahab why aren't you replying to CZcams comments 😢😢😢
😢😢😢😢
thats the tricky part about changing faith. Sometimes its more like changing a label from coca cola to pepsi.
when one change hes/her faith one must do it in a truth finding way instead of comparing whose faith is better.
Salaam.. hope to find you in peace and blessings of Allah.
In my very very own opinion dawah ad debates are necessary and fruitfull in internet, street or any form, but the type of dawah that happens for exemple in speakers corner is not a good exemple.. somehow people there are more like in battles than debates for common understanding .. its a bit the religions market where who screams more wins clientel.. most of time is a mockery stuff with people in the back cheering like footbal fans.
And unfortunatly most of speakers there are arrogant and want to impose theire "truths " on people sometimes using violence or bulling (being both sides muslims or nor). Thats not dawah. In my very very own point of view.
I have become an atheist last year. Yet i have respect for mufti layth. If all Muslim scholars would behave like layth, the muslims world wouldn’t be tagged as "ter্orist". May the whole world finds peace
Were you a Muslim?

The Sufis of the past could invite thousands to Islam without doing modern kind of Dawah.
